  ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC! Not only was their customer service bar none, I am a fully covered AAA member for over 15+ year, as Marx Towing Inc. Claims to be a "AAA towing service" it somehow cost me $425.00 to have my car towed and kept there for 1 business day. Selena who was at the front desk had no sympathy and claimed they do not work with the insurance company, and her co-worker stuck her head out of her office long enough to scold my mother and I for even referring our full coverage insurance should cover the cost of towing.
  But lets start at the beginning, the day before, a Sunday morning, when we went to sign over the pink slip and get my belongs out of my car. Marx Towing is not in office on Sundays so they out-source a calling company on Sunday's, the women who answered our call said it would only cost us 85$ to get my things out of my car and the next day, Monday, we could sign over the pink slip free of charge. When we arrived to the towing company that same day; because I did need my belongings, there were 3 EMPLOYEES that said the same thing. It would cost us $85-100 to get my belongs if we were "AAA" members there would be no cost to tow. I wanted my things that day and the employees said it was CHEAPER to come the next day.
  Upon arrive Monday Morning with 4 EMPLOYEE assuring us there would be only an $100 cost I receive a $425.00 receipt. In a blur of confusion I tried to explain what had been told to me by, let me again state 4 EMPLOYEES, the prior day. I was then told in a awfully firm unapologetic tone I was WRONG and that because I had not got the names of the employees who told me this information they could not help me.
  I told them the charge my insurance company "AAA" which they were a claimed "AAA" towing company and to deal with them with this charged. After being reprimanded by another employee who took no time or effort to care about my situation. I realized I was going to have to pay this obscene amount to get into my car for my belongings. The employees in no way apologized or even wanted to give me their names. They just took my money and sent me on my way.
  I then receive a phone call from my insurance company "AAA" that night and after complaining about this event they said I SHOULD NOT HAVE PAID and should have had them bill "AAA' even though the employees at the company stated that was absolutely was NOT an option. Not only am I going to complain to the Better Business Bureau about this fraudulent charge I will contact management IN HOPES to better educated ALL employees on the costs and company policies, as well as work on their, lack there of, customer service.
